Officiating Packages & Pricing Options

Packages start as low as $150.  Find the package 1, 2, or 3 below that best fits your celebration size and event date to determine which one is best for you.  **I offer an Active Military Appreciation Discount of 10% off your total package. * Active Military ID required.


  "DETAILS, DETAILS" PACKAGE - Customized Ceremony

This package applies to medium or large weddings of 80+ guests, any number of attendents. 

 

  • Your ceremony can be whatever you have imagined it to be....there are no rules. 
  • I will be available for unlimited contact via email or telephone for your ceremony planning and questions. Most all planning can be done via email or telephone, but should you wish an in-person planning session, arrangements can be made. 
    • You will be provided a questionnaire to facilitate the creation of your personalized ceremony.
    • I will provide you with sample ceremonies and wedding vows for ideas.
    • Children, family, friends, and/or pets can have incorporated rolls in your ceremony.
    • I will provide assistance with creating personalized and heartfelt vows.
    • You can include one or more special rituals; unity candle, rose, handfasting, water, jumping the broom, lasso, 13 coins, or sand ceremony.
    • I will assist to incorporate music and/or readings into your ceremony.
  • I will guide you in the choreography of the processional and placement of the attendants.
  • You will receive a final draft of your ceremony 1 week prior to your wedding for your final approval.
  • I will travel up to a 30 mile radius of Las Cruces with no additional charge.  I will happily travel further.  However, due to climbing gas prices; I do charge .50/mile for each direction of any miles beyond the initial 30 mile radius. Please note that long distances which require an overnight stay will result in a $100 hotel assistance fee.  Example: traveling to Albuquerque...a 3 hour drive for me. 
  • I will arrive approximately one hour prior to your ceremony to coordinate with your other vendors.
  • I will be in appropriate attire for your celebration.
  • I will conduct your ceremony, assist with filling out your licensing materials, and file it for you.

 

Monday-Thursday ... $300      Friday-Sunday ... $350    

***Holiday & "Long" Weekend Dates ... $450

Add a group rehearsal the day or two before the ceremony ... $100

1/2 deposit is due at time of booking to ensure your date.  Balance is due 30 days prior to ceremony.

 

  SMALL PACKAGE - Semi Customized Ceremony

This package applies to smaller, more intimate celebrations - less than 80 guests, 2 - 4 attendants.

 

  • I will be available for unlimited contact via email or telephone for your ceremony planning and questions. Most all planning can be done via email or telephone, but should you wish an in-person planning session, arrangements can be made.
    • I will provide ceremony and vow samples for you to choose from.
    • I will help you create personalized vows to add to your ceremony.
    • One special ritual - unity candle, rose, handfasting, water, jumping the broom, lasso, 13 coins, or sand ceremony

  SIMPLY INTIMATE / ELOPEMENT PACKAGE / Vow Renewals - use this package pricing

Your celebration is small and simple, less than 20 guests, 2-4 attendants.

This package is for the couple who just wants to "tie the knot".  Nothing too fancy or elaborate...just romantic and in the company of a few friends and family.  I will come to your location approximately 30 minutes before your celebration.

  • I will be dressed in appropriate attire.
  • I will perform your ceremony, assist you with your license materials, and file it for you.
  • We do not have any planning meetings...everything is done via the email or telephone.
  • Depending how much lead time is available, I will choose a ceremony based on the "couple's information" sheet or if enough lead time, I will email you some of the most popular ceremonies to choose from. You can do your own personally written vows if you wish.
  • You will need to bring at least 2 witnesses and your license.

Monday-Thursday ... $150      Friday-Sunday ... $175     

***Holiday & "Long" Weekend Dates ... $275

1/2 deposit is due at time of booking to ensure your date.  Balance is due 30 days prior to ceremony.  Please note that this package can not be booked after an initial in-person consultation.  Also, this package can be booked on short notice dependent on availability.  If booked with less than 30 days in advance of ceremony date, full payment will be required at time of booking.  Additional mileage costs beyond the 30 mile radius of Las Cruces will apply if necessary.

 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY:

 

Mileage - I will travel to your venue within 30 miles of Las Cruces.  I will happily travel further, however; I will charge .50 per mile beyond the initial included 30 miles, due to climbing gas prices.  Mileage will be calculated using MapQuest and is charged for each direction of any miles beyond the initial 30 mile radius.  I will also add any tolls, parking fees, or event ticket prices if needed to get to your ceremony site. Please note a hotel accommodations fee of an additional $100 will be applicable should the event take place 150 miles or more from Las Cruces or in the event of a night wedding of 100 miles or more from Las Cruces. 

 

Rehearsal - If a group rehearsal is requested, an additional fee of $100 will be added to your package price. Mileage fees will apply if beyond 30 miles of Las Cruces.

 

To secure your event date, 1/2 payment must be made at time of booking, 2nd 1/2 payment is due 30 days before the event.  Accepted payment by cash, personal check, money order, cashier's check, or PayPal by arrangement.
